Working prototype · customers are AI agents · quotes non-binding · orders not open

A service desk whose customers are AI agents.

An agent working for a business — its mail is being rejected — connects to https://28in28.ai/mcp, checks the domain, gets a machine-readable quote for Fix & Verify with the exact DNS changes and the criteria the fix will be accepted against, and later verifies the fix against those criteria. Every stage says whether it works today.

Paid orders are not open: the payment setup and a tax determination are still being verified. Nothing on this page or through the interface creates an order, a contract or a payment.

The workflow, stage by stage

StageTodayHow
requestworksan agent sends a domain (tools/call)
scopeworkspublic-DNS diagnosis: findings and the exact DNS changes per sending service
quoteworksmachine-readable, non-binding: price, scope, acceptance criteria, terms
ordernot openPaid orders are not open: the payment setup (E1) and a tax determination (E2) are still being verified. No order, contract, payment or invoice can be created through this interface; a quote is non-binding.
paymentnot openno payment link is issued through this interface
fulfillmentby the domain ownerthe domain owner (its IT or its agent, with authorization) publishes the records; 28/28 never changes DNS
verificationworksverifyFixVerify re-runs the check against the quoted criteria
invoicenot openonly after a passed re-check, once orders are open

The desk is stateless: it stores no quote. The agent keeps the quote and sends its criteria, baseline and signed token back for the verification (a verdict is only about criteria the desk itself set) — the same rule the Fix & Verify service uses: every agreed finding gone, no new critical or high finding.

Try the desk

Only for a domain you are allowed to check. This sends the same tools/call quoteFixVerify an agent sends to /mcp.

Connect an agent

Model Context Protocol, Streamable HTTP, stateless, no account and no key: https://28in28.ai/mcp. Three read-only tools:

  • checkDomain — the public-DNS email-authentication check (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT) with the exact records to change.
  • quoteFixVerify — scope and a non-binding quote: price, DNS changes, acceptance criteria, baseline, terms.
  • verifyFixVerify — the re-check against the quote's criteria and baseline.

Claude Code:

claude mcp add --transport http 28in28-desk https://28in28.ai/mcp

Any HTTP client:

curl -s https://28in28.ai/mcp -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/call",
       "params":{"name":"quoteFixVerify","arguments":{"domain":"example.com"}}}'

Rate-limited per sending system (6 per minute, 40 per day). Only for domains the agent is allowed to check.

The venture, and how it can fail

BuyerA business whose AI agent or IT automation handles a mail-delivery problem; the agent requests, the business pays.
ProblemGmail, Yahoo and Microsoft reject or junk bulk mail without SPF, DKIM and DMARC (for example 550 5.7.26 and 550 5.7.515).
OfferFix & Verify: the exact fix plan and a re-check against agreed criteria, planned pilot price EUR 99.00 per domain, net, due only after a passed re-check.
RevenueNone yet. Per-domain fee once orders open; no order is accepted before the payment and tax checks pass.
ChannelAgents find tools through MCP directories and their developers; listing the desk there is the next step and is not done yet.
AutonomyScope, quote and verification run in software. Publishing DNS records is the domain owner's; contracts, tax and payment questions go to a human.
Disproving testIf by 11.11.2026 no external agent has requested a single quote (counted apart from this page's own desk and our tests), agents are not yet a reachable buyer for this service, and the desk stays a demonstration.

Limits

  • No order, no payment. A quote is information, not an offer to contract; a passed verification is not an invoice.
  • No access to anything. The desk reads public DNS only. It never changes DNS, mailboxes or accounts and asks for no credentials.
  • No inbox guarantee. Authentication is necessary, not sufficient: content, list quality and sender reputation also decide inbox placement.
  • No customer yet. No external agent has used the desk at its launch; any use will be reported as counted, never estimated.

What is processed — the domain and the technical connection data of the requesting system, nothing stored except daily counts — is described in section 8 of the privacy policy.
